It was great to discuss your needs in terms of CRM system and intergration. After our discussion I believe Ontraport would be a good fit for your business. The ability to use Ontrapages ( This page is an Ontrapge) as well as the payment system using EWAY would make life much easier. It is a rabbit hole in the depth you can go, but it is easy to use once you get the hang of it and you can implement more advanced strategies as you go. Facebook intergration as well as using IT Mooti to intergrate with Xero and Jotform can take things to another level.
My Daughter Ashley is also an Ontraport Certtified Consultant plus Ceritifed in Digital Marketing with Digital Marketer. I am sure you are all over Facebook ads, but Ashley is skilled in that area so the sky is the limit. I included some data from her FB ads. If we don't know something we have a cool group of consultants that we can ask.
To sign up for Ontraport use the link below and select the Pro level $297 US a month to collect money. You could set up the $79 plan if you thought you were not going to collect money for a month or so, but it sounds like you are keen to get going.
Plus you get 2 hours of onboarding with Ontraport and 2 months I think money back if it is not what you want.
Here are a couple things you need to do 1st.
1. Signup for Ontraport
2. Sign up for Eway
3. Get all your lists sorted and clenaed up in excel sheets.
4. Use http://www.briteverify.com/ to run your lists through to clean up old dead emails.

Each person that came through the funnel had to enter their name, email and phone number, which all went into Ontraport (CRM system). The phone number was an important part to be moved into the next part of the funnel and followed up with a phone call, to be booked into a Marketing School. They were also offered an information pack that they could sign up for and receive in the mail.
